AM Rehabilitation is Memphis's only faith-based, non-profit outpatient therapy provider providing quality outpatient physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy services.  In addition to the highest quality outpatient therapy services, AM Rehabilitation offers a variety of health and wellness services to further enrich the lives of the residents we serve. 

 

AM Rehabilitation is committed to serving seniors and enriching their lives.  We understand the value that outpatient therapy services can have on enhancing an individual's quality of life.  That's why, in order to better serve our community, AM Rehabilitation has begun to partner with local assisted living communities to provide exceptional on-site, outpatient therapy services.

AM Rehabilitation is a part of Ave Maria Home which has been proudly serving the Memphis community since 1956.  Since the launch of the AM Rehabilitation outpatient therapy program in the fall of 2021, AM Rehabilitation has grown both the number of assisted living communities we partner with and the number of dedicated therapists on our team.
